Martini Glass

Ingredients

1 oz. 30 ml Gin
1/2 oz. 15 ml Vermouth (Dry)
1/2 oz. 15 ml Vermouth (Sweet)
1/2 oz. 15 ml Orange Juice
1 1 Egg Yolk

Garnish

Orange Slice

Instructions

Pour gin, dry vermouth, sweet vermouth, orange juice and an egg yolk into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
