Pisco Sour
Ingredients
- 2 oz. 60 ml Pisco
- 1 oz. 30 ml Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp. 2 tsp. Sugar
- 4 Dashes of 4 Dashes of Bitters (Optional)
- 1 1 Egg White
Garnish
Lemon Wedge (Optional)
Instructions
Pour Pisco, lemon juice, sugar and the egg white into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Add four dashes of bitters on top.
