Ingredients

3 oz. 90 ml Vodka or Gin
1/4 oz. 7.5 ml Sherry (Dry)

Garnish

Orange Twist

Instructions

Coat a chilled martini glass with dry sherry. Discard the excess sherry. Pour vodka or gin into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into the chilled martini glass. Flame the orange twist and drop into the martini.
