Rum Old-Fashioned
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Rum (Light)
- Dash of Bitters
- Splash of Water
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- Float of Rum (151-Proof)
Garnish: Lemon Twist
Instructions
In an old-fashioned glass put bitters, water and sugar and mix well. Add ice and rum. Float the 151-proof rum on top.
