Ingredients
- 2 oz. Brandy
- 1/2 tsp. Sugar
- Club Soda / Carbonated Water or Ginger Ale
Garnish: Orange Spiral or Lemon Twist

Pour brandy into a glass with ice. Fill it with club soda or ginger ale. Add sugar and stir.
