Ingredients
- 2 oz. Tequila
- 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- Dash of Bitters
- 1 Egg
- Club Soda / Carbonated Water
Garnish: No Garnish
Instructions
Pour tequila, lemon juice, sugar, bitters and an egg into a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a glass. Fill it with club soda.
