Gin Cassis Fizz

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Gin
• 1 oz. Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp. Sugar
• Club Soda / Carbonated Water
• 1/2 oz. Crème de Cassis

Garnish: No Garnish

Instructions

Pour gin and lemon juice into a glass with ice. Almost fill it with club soda. Add sugar and stir. Pour crème de cassis into the center of the drink.
