Scotch Sangaree

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Scotch Whisky
- Splash of Water
- 1/2 tsp. Sugar
- Club Soda / Carbonated Water
- Float of Port
Garnish: Nutmeg Sprinkles
Instructions
Dissolve sugar in water and add scotch whisky. Pour into a glass with ice. Almost fill it with club soda. Float the port on top.
