Mai Tai (Classic)
- 1 1/2 oz. Rum (Light)
- 1 oz. Triple Sec or Orange Curacao
- 1/2 oz. Orgeat Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
- Float of Rum (Dark)
Garnish: Pineapple Slice and Cherry
Pour all ingredients except the dark rum into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass with ice. Float the dark rum on top.
