El Niño Mixed Drink Recipe

El Niño

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. Vodka
• 1 oz. Peach Schnapps
• 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
• Pineapple Juice
• Orange Juice
• Splash of Club Soda / Carbonated Water

Garnish: Pineapple Slice and Cherry

Instructions

Pour vodka, peach schnapps and blue curacao into a glass with ice. Fill it with equal parts of pineapple juice and orange juice. Add the splash of club soda.
