Grasshopper Jello Shots Recipe
- 3/4 Cup of White Crème de Cacao
- 3/4 Cup of Green Crème de Menthe
- 3/4 Cup of Milk
- 2 Envelopes of Knox® Unflavored Gelatin
- Mini Tree Mold
Sprinkle Gelatin Over Crème de Cacao
Pour white crème de cacao liqueur into a bowl or container. Sprinkle the gelatin over the liqueur. Let it stand for about one minute.
Note: You may use white chocolate liqueur instead of the white crème de cacao liqueur.
Boil Milk and Add Crème de Menthe
In a pan, boil the milk and pour it into the gelatin mixture. Mix well until the gelatin completely dissolves.
Once the gelatin is dissolved, pour the green crème de menthe. Stir well until everything is mixed completely.
Pour Grasshopper Jello into Christmas Tree Mold
Wash a mini Christmas tree mold and dry it. Spray the inside of the mold with a small amount of vegetable oil. Wipe any excess oil. Pour the grasshopper jello into the mold and place it in the refrigerator. Refrigerate until firm.
Decorate the Christmas Tree Jello Shots
Once the grasshopper jello shots are firm, take them out of the mold and place them on a plate.
Decorate the grasshopper jello shots with star sprinkles, confetti sprinkles, candy cane sprinkles, etc. to make them look like mini Christmas trees.
