How to Make Eyeballs for a Halloween Drink
Many years ago, I watched a movie called Night of The Demons 3. The poster of that movie had a demon with a blue martini that had two bloody human eyeballs as garnish. The martini looked good and I wanted to create that martini with a garnish that looked similar to the one on the movie poster.

Night of the Demons Drink Recipe
- 1 1/2 oz. Vodka
- 1 oz. Peach Schnapps
- 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
- 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lychee eyeballs.

Ingredients for Making Halloween Eyeballs
- Peeled Lychees
- Green Maraschino Cherries
- Raisins
- Strawberry Glaze (It's used for the blood)

You can use fresh lychees or canned peeled lychees.
Note: If you can not find green maraschino cherries, you can use green grapes instead.

Making the Lychee Eyeballs
Get the raisins and place them inside the green maraschino cherries. This would be the green iris. Then, place the cherries inside the lychees to form the eyeballs.

Note: Use the biggest lychees that you can find and be very careful when inserting the cherries into the lychees. You don't want to rip the lychees apart.

Making Bloody Eyeballs
Get a sword pick to stab two lychee eyeballs. Dip the back of the lychee eyeballs into the strawberry glaze to cover them.
If you would like to create bloody eyeball veins for a more realistic look, use the back of a fork and make lines to form the veins.

Garnishing the Halloween Cocktail
Once you have the Night of the Demons drink ready, place the eyeballs on the edge of the martini glass.
